If I have awareness when my mind is racing or I am trying to multitask, I try to practice precision breathing. I have learned that better breathing equals better focus.

  • What brought you to try Precision Breathing Training and the Neuropeak Pro NTEL BELT?I am an advisor for CLIPPD, a new technology and golf analytics company. The guys at CLIPPD introduced me to the NTEL BELT.
  • What's different about the Neuropeak Pro NTEL BELT?I haven’t ever seen another tool that you can monitor and train your heart rate and breathing.
  • Precision Breathing & Stress ManagementI am beginning to have a much better awareness when I am under stress and am working on managing that through breathing. I wear a WHOOP band and WHOOP now has a function to monitor stress. The combination of the two I think is going to make a big difference of how I react in different situations.
  • Precision Breathing & SleepI am a terrible sleeper. I have no trouble falling asleep, but I don’t stay asleep. When I do wake up now in the middle of the night now, I utilizing my breathing to help me fall back asleep. It has definitely made a difference and has positively impacted my HRV.
