  • What brought you to try Precision Breathing Training and the Neuropeak Pro NTEL BELT?I have known Andy Matthews for a few years now, and he was the one who introduced me to Neuropeak Pro and presented the NTEL BELT to me to improve my training and overall health. I was extremely interested in the product, and with being a collegiate golfer, I knew it could help me in my performance.
  • What's different about the Neuropeak Pro NTEL BELT?The NTEL BELT is extremely convenient and easy to use. It is lightweight and very comfortable; I can hardly tell when I have it on. I love that it does not have to be charged and connects quickly via Bluetooth. The app is also easy to use and has great protocols and training programs.
  • Precision Breathing & Stress ManagementThe Precision Breathing Training has really helped me to improve my stress management due to the fact that I have learned how to lower my heart rate through my breathing when in a high pressure or stressful situation. Being a D1 student-athlete, we are faced with many high pressure situations, and being able to lean back on my training to help me relax in those situations has helped dramatically. When I am playing in golf tournaments, there is a high amount of pressure, and the ability to hit the shots when it matters most is critical. My ability to lower my heart rate through breathing to allow myself to think clearly has helped me in numerous events where I needed to make a putt or hit a certain shot, whether that be an NCAA tournament, or an intense match with my friends. The Precision Breathing Training has also helped my stress management in a classroom setting as well. Being a student-athlete comes with a lot of responsibility, both on and off the course.   • Precision Breathing & SleepPrecision Breathing Training has dramatically improved my sleep. I enjoy doing my training before I go to bed, to really help with lowering my heart rate, which allows me to fall asleep faster and get more R.E.M. and deep sleep. I wear a Whoop, which helps me to track these things, as well as my resting heart rate and HRV. My resting heart rate is lower, and my HRV is higher, which has resulted in high recoveries which allow my body to perform every day, despite my days being heavily consumed.
  • Precision Breathing & FocusPrecision Breathing Training has really helped my focus because as I have been able to control my heart rate, it has helped me get more oxygen into my body which also brings more oxygen to my brain, and in return I am thinking more clearly and do not have the fog. My ability to not just focus but focus for long periods of time has really improved. Being able to strongly focus while I am practicing is extremely important, because I am on such tight time schedules. Since my time to train and practice is often limited, I need to be able to get the most out of it, and my breath work has really helped with that.
  • When do you most often use the NTEL BELT? I personally enjoy using the NTEL BELT before I go to bed, and I’ve found it’s a great way to end my day and prepare myself for a good night’s rest and it allows my body to fully recover. I will usually train for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Precision Breathing Training BenefitsI have noticed a big difference in my training in the gym after Precision Breathing Training. My endurance levels are so much higher, and I am able to get through difficult workouts much easier, because of the ability to lower my heart rate when needed.

I have gotten to a point where I do not really think about it much, but my breathing has become so much more consistent and I am able to accomplish my goals, both on and off the course.
