  • What brought you to try Precision Breathing Training and the Neuropeak Pro NTEL BELT?I learned about Neuropeak Pro through my business as a Muscle Activation Techniques RX Specialist. I wanted to try the Precision Breathing Training to see what it was about and what it would do for me.
  • What makes the NTEL BELT different?The NTEL BELT seems more accurate than the previous belt that Neuropeak had provided for the Breathing Training. I was having a lot of inconsistent readings with the previous belt and the new NTEL BELT has been great recording my results during my Breathing sessions.
  • Precision Breathing & Stress ManagementI had experienced a lot of anxiety moments with later-in-life changes and since starting the Precision Breathing Training I noticed more calmness without the anxiety during the same life situations.

  • When do you most often use the NTEL BELT?I use the NTEL BELT almost every morning right after getting up and getting ready for my day. I enter my day a lot calmer after having done my breathing. I do the Precision Breathing Training on average 5-7 mornings a week.
  • Precision Breathing Training BenefitsDefinitely when I had to renew my cable company contract (which I dread doing) and be on the phone for what seemed like a long time, I noticed that I was much calmer during the phone call and just “went with the flow” of the call instead of getting tight in the chest and pissy with the cable people.
  • Overall Training Experience I was surprised that my husband also noticed that I was much calmer and less anxious during the day when things didn’t go as I expected, and he was very glad for that! In fact, he started encouraging me to do the Breathing Training each morning! The Breathing Training really helped during the craziness of Covid in 2020, 2021.
