WHY NEUROPEAK PRO?
Whether it's because you haven't been sleeping well, you're stressed at work, or juggling life at home is getting to be too much – when you're not feeling yourself, all aspects of your life seem to suffer.
That's why thousands of people from, stay-at-home parents to CEOs, have turned to Neuropeak Pro to help them get back their edge. Backed by the latest in neuroscience, our programs have something for everyone.
HEART RATE VARIABILITY (HRV)
HRV is the measurement of the variation in time between each heartbeat. While heart rate measures the average times your heart beats per minute, heart rate variability measures the variation in time between those beats.
Essentially, HRV is an indication of how resilient and flexible the autonomic nervous system (ANS) is. Because HRV can help identify imbalances in the ANS, it’s a great way to gain insight into how our bodies are functioning. Then, once we have this information, we can start to change it.
To take training a step further, our clients can also choose to add neurofeedback.
With neurofeedback training, we pinpoint areas where your brain is running too fast or too slow. Then, over time with repetition, practice, and positive reinforcement, neurofeedback sessions train your brain to operate at its optimal speed, helping you perform at your best.
When you begin training, you'll receive a neurofeedback headband, equipment, and access to an app – that’s how we read your brainwaves. The feedback to your brain can be delivered within the app through YouTube videos you already watch and enjoy. All of your data is then stored and displayed within the app and allows your brain coach to monitor your progress, follow along, and track your progress.
