As part of the partnership with Neuropeak Pro, clients of Rx practitioners will be eligible for pre and post MAT session readings following their performance evaluation. To get started, please complete the Client Registration form below. You will only need to fill this out once for each client. You can also view and download the MAT Pre/Post Evaluation Guide for information on best practices for getting these readings.
