Shipping and Returns


Neuropeak Pro clients enjoy FREE shipping within the United States. Those located outside of the US can determine shipping costs to their location by completing the address fields during checkout.

Once the carrier has your shipment you will receive an email with your estimated delivery date. A second email will be sent when your package is delivered. 


If something comes up that requires a return or refund, we’re here to help. Equipment must be received by Neuropeak Pro within 30 days of the original delivery date to be eligible for a 100% refund. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

After we receive your equipment, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Neuropeak Pro is not responsible for returned equipment that is lost or damaged in transit back to Neuropeak Pro. We recommend insurance in the amount of $5. If the product is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it, you are eligible for a full refund.

If a return is requested for opened or used equipment within 30 days of the original delivery date to you, you are still eligible for up to a 100% refund depending on the condition of the equipment which will be evaluated in Neuropeak Pro’s sole and absolute discretion.

Should you request a refund for an OnDemand course, once your request is processed, you will no longer have access to the content of the course. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our return policy.

To make a return or request a refund, please select the ‘Contact Us’ button below or call 800.600.4096. Once a refund is processed, the amount will be posted back to the account it was pulled within 2-7 business days.

We work hard to ensure that all equipment is in working order to the best of our ability. If, within 12 months of delivery and during the term or your subscription, your equipment becomes defective not due to any external damage or mishap, please send us an email at [email protected] or notify your Neuropeak Pro performance coach, and we work you to troubleshoot the issue and attempt to resolve it. Within 12 months of delivery, if the problems persist during your active subscription, we will provide a replacement free of charge. This offer to exchange equipment does not apply to any equipment that is no longer operational due to external damage or mishap. Neuropeak Pro, in its sole and absolute discretion will determine whether the equipment is no longer functional due to external damage or mishap, and if so determined, will offer you replacement equipment at your cost.

Equipment is shipped via UPS. You will receive a tracking information when your order is shipped. 


Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days or less.
